Some of the content i will include will be basic information about dreads, types of dreads, how to instal dreads at home, dreadspiration moments, how to wrap dreads, dread accessories, interviews with other makers, natural dreads pros and cons, personal influences, dread jewellery and other such fun.
A little about me.....
Im fitzy and i live on a farm in hertfordshire, i have had a life long love of dreads the environment and animals. I started making my own yarn dreads in the 90's and moved onto making smooth synthetic dreads. My first instal was in the old goth market in kensington market, where you could buy directions dye, a punk album and a new jacket all under one roof. I never in my wildest dreams thought that i would be making dreads for a living after 16 long years in the NHS. After the birth of my own little ray of sunshine I decided to try my hand at working for myself. At first it was really hard to get started and a few times i felt like running back to a normal job but i have kept my chin up and started Cat Torpedo Dreads ( which I have very recently changed to Black Arrow Dreads - March 2016 ).
